Using Virtue w/ SSL – Insecure Logo Image

Never mind, I will just force it to always load the logo over SSL. Still a great theme.

Just to post. So if your using ssl you would just want to make sure the admin is using ssl then every link you add in the theme options would have the right https.

Hmm though, I attempted to upload images through https in the admin, and it did not produce secure versions of the image URLs when done through the theme options.

I ended up directly changing the URL through the browser by temporarily breaking the non-editable region in the admin interface through inspect element in chrome and forcing the https version to load.

I am also using the easy https plugin, because I am too lazy to write the htaccess file myself.

When you set the theme options was your admin url with https? I’ve always had that work, it’s odd I”ll see if I can recreate.

I am having the issue and have re uploaded the image several times and it is only not secured when its added as logo.
