Using Varnish Cache with WP Fastest Cache

Hi, I can’t get the varnish cache to work, I’ve talked to my hosting and they tell me that the plugin isn’t compatible yet, maybe it’s still under development.

Please what should I do? ask my hosting for an IP or give permission in some security measure of my site to the default IP of your plugin?

I also inform you that my website is behind Clouflare.
