using transient_post_status

HI,

I have a GCM setup on my site, whenever I did a post from mobile using rest api it did not send any notification.

Whereas using the wp admin editor the notification was sent and I received it from mobile app.

Im using transient_post_status to send notification, it seems wp rest api does not set any of it when post was created from my mobile app..
