Using this plugin on a purchased template

I have a client who wants this template https://themes.themegoods.com/?theme=Amphawa but needs to have page specific primary menus. I tested your plugin and it works for their needs on the 2011 template I tried. Is there any reason to suspect that your plugin won’t work on the template this client wants, the Amphawa one?
