    Hi team,

So i recently installed the Client Portal plugin.
Managed to create private pages for our current users.
But when editing the pages i miss a lot of Avada Theme options.

I tried to add the Fusion short codes (that the theme is using) in the private page post but when i click on preview it gives a 404.

On one of your support posts i saw that when installing this plugin ‘custom post templates’ are created. Can i change these templates to add my theme options?

I hope you can assist me.

    Have a great week ahead!

  • Hi Sebastiaan,

Private Pages created by Client Portal are Custom Post Types and Avada theme doesn’t have support for Custom Post Type templates.

A solution would be this plugin Custom Post Types and Taxonomies for Fusion Builder (another link) but keep in mind that I didn’t tested it with Client Portal.

Did you contact the support of Avada theme about this?

    Have a great weekend also.

    Best regards,

Thanks for your fast reply Teodor, really appreciated!
I will contact both Avada them and the creators of your suggested plugin.

We want to create a simple partner portal and a private page for each of our partners. I will post the answers i get from both parties. perhaps its useful for others.

    Have a great day!
