    Hello, I have two questions:

    1. I want to set up a shop where everything is free, and I don’t want to link a payment method. Is this possible?
    2. I’ve built a custom shop page using Elementor, but when I try to assign this page as the shop page in the WooCommerce settings, the page becomes inaccessible. Has anyone experienced this issue before and found a solution?

    Kind regards,

    Hi @gmailcomfgdsdg!

    1. I want to set up a shop where everything is free, and I don’t want to link a payment method. Is this possible?

To achieve this, you can set the price for you products as 0 and disable all payment methods.

      2. I’ve built a custom shop page using Elementor, but when I try to assign this page as the shop page in the WooCommerce settings, the page becomes inaccessible. Has anyone experienced this issue before and found a solution?

Could you clarify what you mean by inaccessible? Do you see any error? It would be helpful to see a screenshot of the configuration and the page.

Hope it helps, thanks a lot!

        Hi @albarin,

        Thank you for your response!

Regarding my first question, how can I disable all payment methods? I found a tutorial, but unfortunately, it didn’t work for me.

As for my second question, I created a custom website using Elementor (you should see a picture of it attached). After completing the design, I tried marking this page as my shop in the settings. While there were no error messages, the page simply wouldn’t load.

        Kind regards

        Hi there!

        Disabling All Payment Methods:
To disable all payment methods, go to WooCommerce → Settings → Payments and toggle off all payment methods, as shown in this screenshot: Screenshot.

        Issue with Shop Page:
The error message indicates an issue when trying to edit the shop page using Elementor. To clarify, are you:

        1. Trying to edit the shop page in Elementor and encountering the error?
        2. Simply opening the shop page on the frontend and seeing the error message?
        • If you’re trying to edit the page in Elementor:
The shop page may not be editable in Elementor because it’s assigned as the default WooCommerce shop page. I recommend contacting the Elementor plugin support team for assistance with this issue.
        • If you’re encountering the error on the frontend:
This could be due to a conflict with another plugin or theme. I suggest running a conflict test by following the instructions in this article: How to Test for Conflicts.

Let me know how it goes!
