Using the plugin without JQuery

While I know we’ve done what we can to remove as much jQuery dependency as we could, we still are failing to a certain degree because of the usage of wp.template() and we haven’t taken the steps quite yet to remove that usage for everyone.

I know I have some git branches that are still works in progress that you can see at the following two links. They’re meant to upgrade away from that templating process but aren’t fully tested yet. This is especially true for the autocomplete link as that’s a much bigger version jump.
