Using the plugin with default WooCommerce review feature

First of all, Great work.
Second of all, i installed the plugin to add “Q&A” feature to my products.
what i noticed is whenever a customer adds a new question, the review rating drops.
for example, Product A has one review with 5 start.
when a customer adds a question, the review rating drops to 3 stars as if the the product had 2 reviews (one with 5 start and one with 1 star)

maybe i am missing something. or maybe there is an option i overlooked that it will stop the added question from altering woocommerce review rating system.
