The page I linked above is the DEFAULT woocommerce product page. I have built my own version using the elementor single product theme builder. When I apply the theme to the specific product, the plugin does not seem to work anymore.

Is there a way around this?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @matthewhwu,
Did you set the predefined price settings properly? could you check and get back to us again?

Hi! We don’t have the premium feature at the moment. We are just using the free version. It currently works for the user to enter their price on the page I sent over (which is the default woocommerce product page)

I created a single product theme through elementor and applied it to that page, and it no longer worked. Here is an example

https://1-hp.org/product/gaming-wrist-pain-guide/ (This is a duplicate page of the other one with the new format which does not show the “pay what you think” box

It works fine in the free version. Please check whether you missed any default hooks for your theme page.

If you want us to check the issue, you can email us from our support page(https://betterwizard.com/support/) and please don’t forget to include admin login credentials.
