    Hi,

I have a master domain (website1.com) for which I need to send newsletters. I have installed the plugin on a helper domain (website2.com), imported my contacts, set up my smtp (as [email protected]). However, the following 2 links still have website2.com links:

    1. The unsubscribe links have website2.com links.
    2. All urls in the newsletter are getting converted to this format – https://www.website2.com/?ns_url=255t&mid=3&fch=8e6e3f3e

How to remove website2.com from these? I understand that unsubscribe function will stop working but if there is any workaround, please let me know.

    Hello @divijc,

I understand that you’re encountering some issues with the FluentCRM plugin on a helper domain. Let me guide you through the solution:

    1. The unsubscribe and management links will indeed use the domain on which FluentCRM is installed, which is website2.com in your case.
    2. This setup is essential for tracking email opens and link clicks.

Given these points, I highly recommend installing FluentCRM on the domain where you intend to use the base domain links (website1.com). This will ensure that the unsubscribe links and other management URLs reflect your primary domain.

Please let me know if you have any further questions.
