Using the payment system only (commission set up)

It may sound unusual, but I’m looking for a plugin that has such functionality to integrate ‘Paypal(or stripe connect or any other split payment system in between seller and admin).’

Since I already have created user’s dashboard pages (woocommmerce endpoints), etc.
I only need a payment system on my website.
So I want to add ‘payment methods’ on the user’s dashboard, and Paypal or split(commission) payment function at checkout.
(there’s no cart page on my website, so the users will be directed to the checkout page.)

So what I thought is I could work if I install the marketplace place like WCFM and hide the WCFM default dashboard on the front end, using the payment system only. If that makes sense?

I know it is an unusual question, but please reply if anyone knows about it or has any idea for the payment system in the multivendor websites.
