    Hello there!

    I hope you are well!

    Could you, please, make a test disabling all of the plugins but woocomerce and ajax filter as well as using s wp default theme? Then check if the problem persists, just to be sure the issue is created or not by a conflict.
    Also, if you add any other element to the sidebar, it show correctly, right?

    We checked here and discovered that it was a problem involving another plugin, we have already made the adjustment and the filters are applied normally again;
