Title sums it up. After the last update, I can’t use the denied/approved/pending filter in the users page (not the plugin’s users page), because it causes a 502 bad gateway error right after choosing a filter. Luckily it doesn’t take the whole website down, but it’s still not nice because the plugin page for users is not very detailed to begin with. Please take a look into it.

    Hi @akiraleir,

We have checked those denied/approved/pending filters and they are working fine. Please have a look at the screencast video.

Please share the number of users on your site and the ACTUAL ERROR generated on this particular action (use debug log for this).

    Thank you

@hamza1010 The website currently has over 2700 users. I have tried troubleshooting it on a local installation running PHP 7.4, since I don’t have full access to the production server’s logs (also no logs about this issue are generated even when debugging mode is turned on, I don’t know why), and the filters work just fine, so there’s probably an issue with PHP 8.1, which is what the production server is running on, and I have no control over what version to use in there. I’ll see if I can rent a low-end box just so I can read all the logs and will report back with my findings.

Ok, got my hands on the logs, and… well, there’s a lot of errors/warnings from other plugins as well, but at least I got to reproduce this plugin’s specific issue on a local installation, so here’s the link to it https://drive.google.com/file/d/1WJIFazzgmrNNGxKXnwU-7tS7tdPmCI1m/view?usp=share_link (I don’t know what errors are generated by this plugin so I’m sending the whole thing, even though you could just skip to the end of the file, since that’s where I stopped logging after the 502 error showed up).

I should probably consider starting over from scratch, since the website got screwed sometime along the way; that also could explain why it became so slow to load lately.
