I am just getting started with WP to Twitter and think it’s fantastic. I did end up changing a little piece of the code that I would like to request be made in the official code or at lest an option in the official code. In my case I am using the convert tags into hashtags. The issue is my tag names have spaces or other special chars in them on my blog when they are converted into the hashtag, that conversion doesn’t change it to the correct one that most people hashtag on twitter. I was thinking that the tag slug would be a better value to use instead of the tag name. That way I can have a display name and a hashtag name. This came up specifically for me with the tag C#. The correct twitter hashtag is CSharp.

    Thanks!

Contact me with your code change and I’ll definitely give it consideration! It sounds like a good change. You can contact me via the built-in support form in the plug-in, and I’ll get back to you.
