• Originally we gave the item a 1 star review, but after their support team reached out to our inquires, they helped troubleshoot issues with us and we were able to resolve everything. It works beyond what I expected now and we will continue using it.

    If the default appointment status is set to Pending, it can be changed either using the link in confirmation email with {approve_appointment_url} code, or manually via backend. Also, if you use the Customer Groups (Add-on), you can set a default appointment status for specific group.
