using shortcodes to customize quiz texts works fine except for user answers

We need to use our shortcodes in the quiz texts. We use them to customize texts based on information related to the connected user, such as [kps_user_display_name] which displays the full user name, and other stuff we manage on our own.
Our shortcodes work fine for almost every text, such as the question correct and incorrect texts / quiz result text / question indice text, but not for answers texts.
When we put a shortcode in a question answer, whether we use text or HTML, the shortcode is not processed and is displayed “as is”.
Do you have any idea on how to fix this?
