Using Shortcodes in the Listing Excerpt View

    Hi,

    I am using another plugin which shows Facebook reviews and is inserted using a shortcode. When I add it to the listing it shows on the single listing page ok, but on the listing excerpt page it only shows the shortcode text and not the required result.

    I fear that there is no solution this but would appreciate any help.

    Hi @confusedneedhelp,

    Sorry that you ran into issues here!

    If you are expanding shortcodes, we currently only support this on the detail page, not the list view. That’s why you’re having issues with the expansion (many shortcodes would throw off your layout doing so, but the detail page has better real estate to handle those changes in general)
