Using Shortcodes in categories of Greyzed theme

I am trying to use the shortcodes for the Hana video plugin. They work fine in the post but not in the category or tag pages.

I have added the code to the excerpt but all it shows is the raw shortcode.

How can I get the shorcodes to work in the excerpt through the Greyzed theme?
