Using shortcode

  • Hi, I’m trying to add some shortcode in Divi > theme builder for product template.

    I don’t know how to make shortcode works with the shortcode variation :

    [brands_info] – display product brand information

    type – type of information ( name, image or description ). Can be used multiple types (Example: name,image,description). Position of elements is important. name,image,description and description,name,image return different shortcode.
    id – brand ID to display information for specific brand

    How I’m supposed to do if I want to display the image with brand info shortcode ?
    [brands_info type=’image’] would normally do the job, am I wrong ?

    Hello,

    Shortcode [brands_info] display information without ID only if it is displayed on brand archive page.
    To display information for brand on product single page you can use [product_brands_info] shortcode.

    Hi Oleg, thanks for your answer.

    Well, it’s working fine, but that’s not what I’m looking for.
    We would like to display the brand’s logo associated with each product. (as a logo on each product page), with the possibility for the user to click on the brand’s logo and reach the brand page.

    Do you have any idea how we can achieve that ?

    Plugin do not have shortcode with links to brand page.
