• I think I have this setup and working properly. The big question I have is IF I’m using an SMTP plugin to control SendGrid, don’t I need to make sure the setup will apply for all transactional emails coming from the site?

We are using a Request to Quote plugin for WooCommerce and got this error message.

The from address does not match a verified Sender Identity. Mail cannot be sent until this error is resolved. Visit https://sendgrid.com/docs/for-developers/sending-email/sender-identity/ to see the Sender Identity requirements

We don’t have an option in the request to quote function to set the send email from @pacificergo.com. Is that why we are maybe seeing this message? NOTE: the follow up email came through ok, it seems like we received this message for the quote that is sent to the store owner. Maybe this plugin, Request a Quote, uses it’s own method to send the email?

It’s asking to a sender identity, but I chose the option to authenticate with SendGrid’s API as it seemed like the better setup.

Does each plugin that sends email have to be compatible with SendGrid SMTP’s setup?
