    Hi,

I would like to use the Sample Custom Template you provide on the BizSwoop.com website.

Where do I add the files?

I tried adding to the root directory of the theme folder (putting the add action function that is in index.php into my theme’s functions.php file).

But when I go into the plugin settings in WP admin, the template is not listed under WooCommerce > Pront Settings > Locations > Template.

Can you point me in the right direction?

    Thanks,
    Michael

    Michael,

Thanks for reaching out to our support forum.

We try and make it easy and simple for you by providing the sample reference template. The sample print template is a plugin add-on. If you download the sample file: fancy_template.zip. Go to your WordPress admin, plugins page. Click Add New. Upload and Activate the plugin. You will see a plugin installed labeled “FFancy Template Pro 2000”. The sample custom template is now active for selection and used by the Print Plugin.

Now go to Print Settings, click Location tab, and select a location. Under the template section, click the drop down, you will now see the template “Fancy” for selection.

If you use our sample format as a template for the custom template you are building, no additional code is needed to the theme or WP files. Good luck!

If you run into issues, we do provide the development services to build a custom template for customers, you can find out more information here on our website.

    Regards,

    Support Team
