• Within the past several versions the recipient email address is Using the return path email address not the email address entered in the email address field. My replies have therefore not been going back to the sender.

To get it work correctly I have to delete the return path address and uncheck the Enable when web host requires “Mail From” strictly tied to site. box but then there are dmarc issues.

This is bad bug that caused my return emails to be sent to the return path address and I didn’t realize it right away.

To help you I need more details about your settings and specific email addresses, web site, etc. Please make a support ticket

Update – this problem occurs when the “Enable when web host requires “Mail From” strictly tied to site.” box field on the “Basic Settings” tab is checked. In this case the return email address is generated using the contents of the “Return-path address” field on the “Basic Settings” tab rather than the contents of the “Email” field on the “Fields” tab.

The only way to fix this problem is to uncheck the “Enable when web host requires “Mail From” strictly tied to site.” box field on the “Basic Settings” tab. The bug is easily reproducible.

You don’t have to donate. I am trying to help you. But since I cannot even duplicate the problem I need more information from you. The fields on your form can even change the behavior. For example. Some people disable the email field or name field and make a different one. The url to your form would be a good start. You can submit my support form without donating. That is fine.
