Using relevanssi for get_tags()

Hi There!

I love your plugin, saved me so much time!

I’m now looking for a (better) way to retrieve tags in AJAX auto-complete search bar.
Right now i’m using get_tags() but it doesn’t work so good.
For example: typing “car” bring “acne scar removal” as first result.

NOTE: posts search results is working just fine…
