Using RankMath without Google Analytics

    Hi,

    I use Google Search Console. But I have to abandon Google Analytics due to GDPR issues. I am going to use Matomo as internal plugin. Question: Does it make sense to use RankMath without having Google Analytics account?

    Thank you for contacting support.

    It makes perfect sense to still use our plugin even without using Google Analytics on your account. You can simply leave the settings for the Analytics empty under WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics.

    This way you will still get the benefit of showing the data from Google Search Console and you can keep using the rest of the plugin features, such as sitemaps, Schema markup, and appropriate meta tags for all your pages.
