    Hello,

I am having a weird issue configuring rankmath when using a divi theme. The site was built with the divi builder (HTML 5 blank) and after installing rankmath and setting up all the settings as I usually do with other WordPress website but running elementor, I am unable to successfully set the SERP Title and description for my home page.

Even though I can save the page with these changes, the built-in rankmath SEO audit shows SERP info not being set up on the home page.

Under the homepage, under the Titles and Meta section within RankMath it claims ‘Static page is set as the front page (WP Dashboard > Settings > Reading). To add SEO title, description, and meta for the homepage, please click here: Edit Page: Home

However, this page is set up as the static front page. Do I have an incompatible DIVI theme here? Plugin is up to date as well.

Please note this is not my first time using rankmath, however it is the first time using it with a divi theme. Thank you

    Hello @itspaul,

Thank you for contacting the support.

Since you are using a static page as the homepage, it is completely fine to see that message and you will have to add the info directly in the page editor. Please share a screenshot of where you are seeing that the SERP info is not set for the homepage so we can check and assist you further.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Hi there,

Thank you for the prompt reply. Thanks for confirming that static page problem. I am trying to submit a support ticket I am a pro version and after trying to submit one it claims I am not allowed. I noticed after logging into my RankMath account and clicking on support it logs me out which might be the reason.

I rather submit a support ticket as I dont want to publish sensitive information here.

    Anyway I can do this?
    Thank you

    Hi there,

Thanks for the reply. Same issue it simply will not let me. I have engaged support via email and they asked my to send them a loom video which I have but still waiting for a reply.

The issue I am experiencing with rankmath is that even though I have setup the SERP for the home page via rankmath SEO tab, when viewing the source page it’s not accepting the changes even though the page is able to be saved.

    Thanks
