Using Protected Email automatic word doesn’t work

  • If we use “protection text” when someone clicks the link and opens up an email to send, the words *protected email* shows up in the email box, not the email. If we use the email encoder, the link puts the email in. Would rather have the automatic system so if the client adds something it automatically gets detected.
