using preload images in output, no images loading in print preview

the print link is at the bottom of the pages on this site. when the print version loads it contains what looks to be the preload or lazyload version of the images in the print version which look like a bunch of blocks, i have tried the disable lazyload in code snippets which does not work. i have tried different browsers, etc.
