Using Posts as Pages?

I was wondering if anyone can help me out with something. I’m not the most fluent person in WordPress but am building a website for a client. The site has been designed to be all one page. The pages will be actual posts, which will fade in/out after clicking on the navigation. Has anyone tackled something like this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

For what it’s worth, I’m using the Genesis framework by Studiopress and one of their child themes. I’m thinking of using the Simple Hooks plug-in to put a div around each post that will act as the anchor for post links.
