Using plugin without 'category' in urls

Hello. I use this plugin – WP No Category Base
And I use your plugin “Cat + Tag Filter”. It works for me only in old versions which don’t use pretty links. After version 0.9 it gives me 404 error when I want to filter materials.
Is it possible to use these plugins together without bugs?
