Using plugin with MailChimp form?

Hi,
What plugin are using for the Mailchimp form?

I’m actually just using the raw code to add people to the list…. the theme is WP Spire, a kind of squeeze page theme.

There isn’t a specific plugin, but you can use Affiliates API and create your own referral when the form is sended.
