hi there, oh my, this plugin looks amazing!
But… unlucky me, my first issue is why Thrive Architect.
Problem is, when I start a case with Plugin Detective, and he asks me to go the page where I am having the issue, I can’t, since Thrive Architect open the page builder in a new tab, outside of Plugin Detective’s control.

And… to make things worse, when looking at a Thrive Architect page, there is no Admin bar at the top (not a bug, that’s just how it is) so I cannot start a case from there either.

    Is there a workaround?

    Cheers!

    Hi @emanuelevenditti, thanks ??

There’s a good workaround here. Plugin Detective helps you try different plugin combinations on your site, and that window is there to give you a quick peek at your site, but you can always open a separate browser window and each time Otto asks you to indicate whether “It’s Fixed” or “It’s Broken” you can switch to your other browser window and test Thrive Architect. Then jump back to the Plugin Detective window and mark it fixed/broken.

The “Troubleshoot” button in the admin bar is a handy shortcut to Troubleshoot a specific page, but you can always go to Tools > Plugin Detective and in the first step, you can navigate to any page on your site to say “I’m there”. In the specific case you mention above, it sounds like you’ll want to be testing in a separate browser window anyway.

Hope that helps, let us know how it goes!

    Thanks,
    Nathan
