Hi! I’ve really searched and cannot find a topic with this.

My issue is that my pictures are not stored in the media library, but in separate folders. I’ve used Nextgen to create folders that have a specific subject, since I have a huge amount of pictures for my tutorials. So an example of a path is https://www.dehandwerkjuf.nl/wp-content/gallery/<subject>/name-of-picture.jpg. I have no option to use these in for example cards, because I can only pick images from the media library. I have tried to simply change the html and replace the path of a temporary picture with the picture I really want from my desired folder. But that gives me errors. I now have to tweak it by removing the picture from the card and adding a classic block to it, and then add the picture I want into the classic block . For an example see this: https://www.dehandwerkjuf.nl/nl/overzicht-patronen/. This is work in progress. So is there any way I can use my other folders instead of the pictures from my media library?

    Thanks! Anneke

little edit: I wrote: ‘add the picture I want into the classic block?‘. I meant ‘add the picture I want into classic paragraph’.

    Hi there @annekedhwj !

We’ll be happy to assist you with this ??

Please edit using the Code Editor and replace the image path with the new path. If you use “Edit as HTML”, it gives an error because the blocks become invalidated.

This is a workaround for now, but we will be working on adding this feature in the future.
