Using Phrases in Stopwords

Is it possible to use stopwords to block phrases but not the individual words? For example if I search for ‘uncle’ I want to get all the results with ‘uncle’ if I search ‘uncle bob’ i want just results using ‘bob’. and I’m running the query in or mode.
