Using Payouts for WC Vendors

    Hi,

    PayPal payouts (i think it’s now called bulk payments) is activated for my account. This is so i can pay vendors commission when they sell a product.

    So I ran a test and now have two questions, but am unsure who to ask so I hope someone here can guide me.

    I have commissions set to ‘when orders are paid for’ in WC Vendors payments settings.

    I ran a live test of buying a product, but got a payout denied message saying the account has insufficient funds to transfer commission to the vendor. This shouldn’t be the case as the funds are covered in my paypal account? Any ideas what might be happening or who I should speak to??

    I have a second question that is linked to the first.

    I have selected in settings “Give any shipping to the seller” in WC Vendors general settings.

    but the shipping fee has not shown up in the payouts screen above. Also, any ideas or help would be appreciated.

    Unfortunately this topic seems to ‘cross borders’ (payouts, woocommerce, wc vendors, paypal) so it is difficult to find an answer from the right source

    i’ve looked into it further and the problem is not Payouts.

    In WC Vendors General settings, I have selected ‘Give any shipping to the seller’ option.

    WC Vendors commission table that is not picking up the shipping amount from Woocommerce so understandably ‘Payouts’ can’t pick it up.

    So if anyone here who has a good understanding of WC Vendors and might know why it is not recognizing the shipping amount that is showing up in the Woocommerce orders tab, i’d appreciate your help!

    Hi Mark,

    I believe we have addressed your question on the other thread you started here – WC Vendors NOT seeing Commissions.

    Nevertheless, to reiterate, the shipping system you are currently using is not compatible with WC Vendors as it is not built for a marketplace. You may use any of the compatible shipping plugins here instead – https://www.wcvendors.com/home/compatible-plugins/.
