Using Only Photon from Jetpack

I used Jetpack’s Photon feature a lot on my website. Photon adds .jpg?w=500 at the end of images which resizes the image to fill the dimensions needed automatically rather than having to do it manually. I stopped using Jetpack because it was slowing down my website and I was only using it for Photon and Analytics.

Does anybody know a plugin with only the “Photon” feature. Or a plugin that will resize/stretch an image to fill the dimensions set for a table. (Not a regenerate image plugin).
