    Hello,

My website runs on WordPress.com and the Cardpointe gateway setting is not displaying in the “Set up payments” menu. I uploaded two images that differentiate between a wordpress.com and www.remarpro.com. Is there anything that would prevent a wordpress.com site from displaying the plug-in; especially while it’s under review?

Glad you fixed it! Please note, this plugin is has not been tested with WP.com.

    Hey Rex,

It works with WP.com- there was a plugin conflict with woocommerce payment gateway. It worked once I uninstalled that.

Thanks for all you do for CP!

That’s good to know. Is this the new “WooCommerce Payment Gateway” that recently has been released for WP.org, too? Or, are WP.com accounts limited in some way when a user has more than one gateway installed?

It was the “WooCommerce Payment Gateway”.

As for “WP.com accounts limited in some way when a user has more than one gateway installed?”, the site had the Paypal gateway installed as well. I never had to remove that one.

^ How it looked while I was troubleshooting. The Cardpointe Gateway doesn’t display, even though the plugin was installed.

Rex I apologize, the plugin is actually called “WooCommerce Payments”
Removing that plugin actually fixed two more woo commerce CP accounts today.
