Using on other pages does not work

  • The plugin works on the shop page in widgets but on another page on the website the categories show but the links do not take to the woocommerce shop page

    how can this be achieved ?

    Hi there,

    Could you indicate to us the page where you are experiencing problems?
    Remember that filters are only available in a WooCommerce loop of products.

    Thanks, it was coming from a non-shop page so you are correct, I made a workaround and made buttons on our shop landing page for each category with the link to the correct woocomerce shop page, which is ok until I add a new category or delete one
