Using on different browsers

  • I have this plugin installed and it is working nicely on my Chrome, IE and FF. However, when I have had 2 other people try it, using the same browser versions, they are not seeing the stickyelement (they are not in the same company, nor environment or browser). I have tried searching for articles but am having no luck. Any tips on what may cause this and how I can fix?
