    Hi,

So if I have Paypal checkout option setup and I go through cart, then checkout, click on Paypal checkout, after I’ve logged in it brings me back to cart. At that point, IF i’ve not selected an arrival date, the user gets error about no arrival date selected. The error is pretty useless because it doesn’t point user where to go to select the arrival date. So if the user doesn’t know that the arrival date is in cart page, then he basically is left stuck and then either abandons cart or eventually figures out that in Cart page they can select option for delivery. I actually lost a potentially big client due to this issue and the client not really understanding how to convey the problem and tests on my part that didn’t produce any errors while checking with normal Paypal plugin. Wanted to advice you guys incase you could just help us out on the free level and add a checkbox option to show or even better just by default have The Arrival Date option also in checkout page. That would solve everything.

    Hi Remy,

Yes, I have replicated this issue where WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Payment Gateway plugin is not validating the delivery date and allowing customers to log in. And then the error of Delivery date is a required field is coming. And there is no delivery date field on that page.

This might take a longer time to fix as it will require changes in the WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Payment Gateway plugin. Our developer will have a look at this but we cannot gurantee you a quick resolution.

Please let me know if we can get this updated. I just had to switch a new client back to standard paypal checkout plugin because the darn thing kept customers orders from going through cause customers don’t realize they need to return to cart to enter date, and then they just abandon cart.
