Using object but need to limit object the length displayed

I’m new to this forum. I hope this is the right section for my question. Please guide me if I’m wrong. It seems that the title of my previous question is confusing so I decided to open this one.

Now… I put a website on my wp page using <object> but the website is too long because there is a comment section at the bottom of that page. I know I can arrange it using the height but the problem is if my visitor use their phones or a gadget with different monitor size then it will be painful to scroll down too much inside the object.

So… is there a way to limit the length of the page up until before the comment section?
