Using Notifications to replace the Password Reset email in a multisite

Hi ya,
This looks like a really useful plugin. I’d like to replace the default WordPress password reset email.

I’ve set up Notifications I think correctly, using the “User password reset request” trigger.

With email body and a user email tag {user_email} as the recipient.

But when I try to change my password, it doesn’t send me the new email, just the default one.

I am on a multisite. But the password reset link always points at the root of the site.

So I’ve set up the Notification trigger on a couple of the sub sites. And it’s not working…

Should it be working on Multisite?
