• Hello,

I saw the message “Using new WordPress Editor? Let’s try Di Blocks Plugin” pop up on a website I’m currently working on.

Where does this come from? I haven’t installed any plugin or theme from DiThemes nor I see anything affiliated with you among anything I’m currently using on the site, as far as I know.

It does look suspicious and definitely does NOT make me want to give it a try. Meanwhile, I’m running malware checks on the site.

    Can you please explain?

    Thanks!

    Hi @piermario

It is recommended plugin and added by ‘leverage-browser-caching’ plugin.

It is not suspicious and following plugin standard. if you do not want to try, you can simply click on ‘Hide It’ link to hide the message.

    Thanks

Hello, and thanks for the quick reply. It does feel better now.

Have you considered changing the wording of the notice to make clear that it’s a recommendation coming from another installed plugin? (in this case Leverage Browser Caching) It may sound weird, but seeing that notice on a couple of websites I manage really scared the heck out of me at first. I had to run diagnostics and security checks to make sure that the sites weren’t breached.

Either way, now that I know I guess I’ll give your plugin a try.

    Thanks!
