Using Montezuma theme and I need my menu items on top to be the categories ?

Hello Everyone,

My site is rawenergymag.com I have categories that are on the right I need those categories to be on the top menu as well. I attempted to use Page Links to and that screwed everything up because Im using a plugin called embedly and to make a long story short I had to redo everything. Can some one show my how to replace the top menu items with my categories. Its really annoying cuz one I access it on the mobile it picks up the menu items and not the categories?
