I did ask this via email but alas didn’t receive a reply.

I have been slowly adding AMP (Accelerated Mobile Pages) to my blog but on the AMP page the mobile menu does not work at all. The “Menu” bit is showing as it should but doesn’t function. I am sure this is because AMP strips out a lot of functionality to speed up the page load time.

Is there any way around this? Will the Pro version be any better?

The link to the page I need help with needs to be viewed on a mobile device.

    Many thanks for any help.

    Tony.

    Hi @wibble2012,

Only saw your email a couple of minutes ago.
It seems the Javascript of WP Mobile Menu is being excluded in the AMP version.

There is any way in the plugin you use to avoid that?

    Hi Rui,

Many thanks for your reply and email reply.

The truth is I do not know as I am very inexperienced with AMP, it looks really good and is lightning fast but it seems that it has to make certain plugins not work. I think I should maybe be asking this question on the AMP for WordPress page so I will try that.

Many thanks again for your reply Rui.
