using method availability isnt working correctly

    Hi, When using method availability to exclude a product for example, as well as excluding the custom shipping method where the setting is on, it also excludes all other shipping methods and shows no shipping methods available for that particular address even though it should fit into a different shipping method?

    I would of expected for the custom shipping method where the setting is on to be excluded but the next hierarchal shipping method where the address fits to be used instead?

    Please can you help?

    Hello @jack01732,

    Ideally, the other Shipping Methods must be available for selection and only the Custom Shipping method must be not available for selection.

    I tried to replicate the same scenario at my end and I was not able to replicate the same.

    Can you please create a ticket here so we can debug it further?
