Using Mega Menu in Wen Business

  • Hi
    Thank you for your theme. I have installed the theme and now want to use one of these Mega Menu plugins. But none of them work. Obviously because of the structure of the wp_nav_menu in this theme. Would you guide me how to use mega menu in this theme?

    2.Mega Menu by WooRockets.com
    3.Your idea?

    As much as we would love to help you we are not able to as the theme does not assure plugin compatibility with third party plugins other than the recommended plugins.

    But you will definitely be able to get help from the plugin’s support forum.

    I’ve asked the MMM support here and their last response is:

    MMM is not currently activated for the top menu (or the main menu), your theme is in total control over the menus at the moment.

    Please can you:
    1. Disable MMM completely (it’s not doing anything at the moment)
    2. Fix the default theme menus (you might need to contact your theme developer for help on that, but this might help(?) https://screencast.com/t/A3YxIS6a9j ).
    3. Once the default menus are fixed, enable MMM and it should start working.

    Could you please help? If you take a look at the screenshot of the menu class, maybe you could know the cause of my problem.

    We have tested the plugin and the plugin seems to work fine with some exceptions like icons and such for which you can contact the plugin authors.
    The problem with your site is that the plugin polylang has translated the whole class of the primary menu. Since our theme does not support the polylang plugin, we cannot find a complete solution for you.
    If you do decide to deactivate the plugin, the mega menu will work normally.

    Do you know any other plugins for multi-language website that works with this theme?

    We are sorry to say that the theme does not support any multi-language plugin you will have to integrate the plugin yourself, if you find it hard to make the plugin compatible you can always hire a developer to customize the theme and make it compatible for you.
