Using LiveChat for a Number of Years

I’ve been using LiveChat for several years.
Its easy to use, and has drastically increased conversions and sales in my business.

I have not used other chat software for a comparison, but this suits my needs.

The image compression in chat does need a little work, as it distorts the colors, and clients must first save the image to their computer and open it again for the correct colors to appear. This is important for me and my business, but may not be for others.

Overall, very satisfied.
