Using links in field desctiptions

Hi!

I have a registering form, where people choose a bowling alley.
After choosing the alley they should see a confirmation checkbox with a link to the bowling alley reservation form (not on the same site) according to the chosen alley.

Example:
If I choose the alley A, I see a checkbox “I have made the reservation on the alley A site”
If I choose the alley B, I see a checkbox “I have made the reservation on the alley B site“
