• Hi All,

I was looking for the right answer everywhere, but wasn’t found anything…

I would really like to install and use lightSlider, a simple and lightwheight slider which is not particularly designed for WordPress, but I do not see any reason that would prevent me from using it in WP. The installation seems pretty simple and after long research it should work like any JS/jQuery script. Unfortunately I am really a beginner and I am feeling I started to overcomplicating the thing.
I asked the developer for support, but I am sure I will find the right answer in this forum.
So you can see the installation process on the linked website. I did everything as I should but the description is not “WP-tailored”, and I believe I am missing some wp_enqueue_script or something like that.
I put the respective codes to the head, then the rest of the codes to the page where I intended to use the slider, but nothing happens. It seems that I am unable to call the slider as it was described.

Could somebody help me apply the slider with a step by step guide? Especially what codes goes to where.

My site is a onepager . If the link doesn’t navigate you to the slider’s place, then please scroll to the middle of the page where another slider is working properly. I was trying to put lightSlider below to the other slider, so you can see the unordered list’s result (“First slide”, etc.)

I would really appreciate your input.

    Thanks,
    István

This is not true anymore: “so you can see the unordered list’s result (“First slide”, etc.)”

I removed the text because the site is public and I expected faster solution.

I still looking for answer though, and would really appreciate someone’s help.
