Using learnpress without payment on line

Hello,
I want to use learnpress without payment on line. Courses are not on line , i want the users do an pre-inscription for courses and when i receive the email with the requirement i have to choose some of pre-inscriptions not all, just four per course.

So the user must fill up a form when he click on “buy this course or register for this course”. The user don’t have to have an account on line(and don’t have to connect). How can i do that and where can i change the action of the button?
